When is the deadline for cancelling a shipment and getting a refund?
You must email usas soon as possible at info@moviiu.com after confirming and paying for your order to get a full refund.
Two scenarios:
- If you have packaging (wooden crate): you can cancel your shipment at any time as long as the pick-up for your shipment has not been scheduled
- If you don’t have packaging: once the order has been confirmed and paid for, our team of technicians is ready to send your packaging as soon as possible (same day or within 24 hrs). ). As long as it hasn’t left our warehouse, you can cancel the shipment and get a full refund.
